In a humorous and energetic presentation, Paul Smit highlights various aspects of human behavior and the functioning of our brain. How does change work? What is the best way to be creative and to innovate? Why are we being influenced so easily? How can we stay flexible in times where everything around us is changing so rapidly? With a lot of humor and concrete examples, Paul gives answers to these questions.
In many areas, AI (artificial intelligence) surpasses our brain. We humans will always distinguish ourselves through our human qualities, such as experiencing connection and trust, having empathy, and our adaptability.
In the keynote “THE BRAIN,” Paul focuses 20% on the possibilities of AI and 80% on how we can develop and utilize our human qualities. Of course, this will be done with a lot of humor and interaction!
